ASHNIKKO - COACHELLA

Ashnikko’s WEEDKILLER album called for a wide variety organic dystopian 3D assets. I utilized Zbrush, Blender, and Substance Painter to create a variety of mushrooms, trees, and tentacles for a number of environments.
Zbrush and Substance painter were used to create a number of iterations for the egg design as well as the mushrooms in the background of the landscapes
Models were sculpted in a combination of Zbrush and Blender and textures were painted in Substance Painter. The blue tree was a concept based off of the artists album artwork, but ultimately did not end up in the show.
The base of the mushrooms were modeled in Blender and then they were brought into Zbrush to add detail.
Final coloring was added in Substance Painter for use in Unreal Engine.
The desert trees and cacti were modeled in Blender as well as the desert flower. The desert flower utilized blenders geometry nodes function. All of these models were painted in Substance Painter and textures were linked within Unreal Engine.
