Jamie Jones’ Paradise sets are known for lasting long periods, sometimes up to 10 hours. The idea was to create set design-like visuals with plenty of windows and negative space for an alpha layer behind the “stage,” allowing the main visual to stay consistent over time while keeping it fresh by cycling VJ loops into the negative space of the more static, set-piece-style visuals. Below are a selection of some of the different themes I created.
